Median Home Prices Rise in Dallas County

Great news for the Dallas County market........ Dallas County experienced a jump in the median home rpices in the month of November 2009. the median price of homes increased by 12 % according to information posted by DFWREALTORS.com.

The median home in Dallas County came in at $126,000 for the month and the rise was compared to November 2008.

November was a very active month at Coldwell Banker Apex. We were helping many 1st time homebuyers rush to beat the Tax Credit Deadline of end of November. The Tax Credit has now been extended to April 2010 to find a home and be under contract.

It's always positive to see rises in home price for any reason. Here's looking to a GREAT 2010 in the Dallas home market!
